I used to be the type of human being
Who'd obtain magic on the bottom,
As if the secret to genuine joy
was a thing left lying about.
I’d pull it outside of library guides
their internet pages ripped and worn,
And swore that I could see it
while in the air prior to a storm.
For those who’re cautious to believing
I’m no stranger to distrust,
Back again then all I found in library publications
was the odor of moths and dirt.
And Regardless of my just about every promise
that every rainbow retains a little something gold.
That not a soul born in record
as ever been quiet bold.
Right up until I told them by my smile
that believing is The crucial element.
